Return & Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your product for any reason or if there is any defect in your product within the packaging, you can request an exchange for unused products within 15 days from the date of purchase. The packaging of the products you request an exchange for must be intact. The products must be unused, unapplied, and untried; otherwise, as the product will not be suitable for resale, it will not be accepted by our exchange department. The products requested for return can be exchanged for any product. No refunds are provided.

When you want to make an exchange request, please contact us. In your exchange requests made via email, do not forget to add a short message regarding the reason for your exchange request along with your order number in the subject line.
