Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that do not comply with these terms, even if payment has been taken from your credit or debit card (and we will refund all amounts paid by you in connection with the order). Any discounts or other promotional codes offered from time to time are strictly subject to individual terms and conditions, which may include eligibility and maximum order value, among other things. Orders

  • Any non-public material information about a company without proper authorization.

Termination and Sanctions

Any dispute or claim arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of bringing any such dispute or claim.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be treated as separate from the other terms, and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. This Agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, agency, or franchisor-franchisee relationship and shall not be construed as such.
